Keep Sidney Beautiful – Yard of the Month

Cheyenne County, NE— January 17, 2020Keep Sidney Beautiful is happy to announce the return of Yard of the Month! We want to encourage all Cheyenne County residents to take part in the ultimate bragging rights competition, with this month’s theme: Farms in Winter. Keep Sidney Beautiful heading out of town and beyond the villages to find the most beautiful farm in Cheyenne County. The winner will be featured in the Sidney Sun Telegraph, Cheyenne County Chamber Newsletters, and on the Keep Sidney Beautiful Facebook page.

Keep Sidney Beautiful serves the whole Cheyenne County area through out-reach, education, and events to reduce litter, increase recycling, and to beautify our communities. We want residents to take pride in where they live and appreciate the beauty of western Nebraska. As our organization grows, we look forward to being able to offer more services, and even better prizes for our events and competitions. In the past, Yard of the Month, was limited to the summer months and certain holidays, but we feel it is important to recognize the beauty around us during all times of the year!
