KSB Board Meeting– February 12th at 12:15 pm @ Sidney Public Library; 1112 12th Ave
Open Mic Night: February 7th at 6 pm @ Sidney Elks Lodge; 1040 Jackson Street, Sidney, NE
Ring in the new year by coming to our 18+ adults only Open Mic Night! Doors open at 5 pm at the Sidney NE Elk’s Lodge No. 1894. Food and drinks available for purchase. Performances start at 6 pm!
If you would like to perform please email info@keepsidneybeautiful.org or message us on Facebook! This will be a popular one so make sure to sign up before spots run out! The more festive the performance, the better!
Yard of the Month
Celebrate Cheyenne County’s towns and villages with our longest running program, Yard of the Month! Throughout the year homeowners around the county battle it out in the ultimate bragging rights competition. Yards are submitted each month, and voted on by the community. We need at least 3 nominations for there to be a vote!
In October we feel the spirit and crown the Spookiest Yard of the Month. This county-wide contest celebrates the most haunted yards Cheyenne County has to offer!
Then in December, we get festive! If you go wild with lights, you’ll want to get in on our Holiday Yard of the Month. From Lodgepole to Potter, Sidney to Dalton, our board scopes the county for the best display of the year!

Adopt-A-Block
The Adopt-A-Block program empowers neighbors to help beautify their community starting with the city’s smallest unit–the block. We provide free tools and resources and you commit to keeping your block free of litter. If everyone does a little bit, it makes a huge difference!
